We have a combined decades experience in converting customers from Natural Gas/propane or oil to Ground source Geothermal, working for what could be widely regarded as the largest geothermal installer on the east coast – Geothermal utilizes wells drilled as far as 500 feet into the ground in order to facilitate a ground loop temperature of around 50 degrees Fahrenheit- the loop then carry’s the water through a hydronic coil, that is distributed and interconnected with a refrigeration coil. The refrigerant coil and compressor ascertains either very cold or hot temperatures depending on the status of the reversing valve, thus dictating the flow of the refrigerant, therefore the refrigerant can cool or heat the ambient water temperature.
